It is a takeover in the form of a handover through sacrifice of shareholders. Woods can say he has saved the company and AM still has a job although he has no need of it with his finger in so many other pies. The treatment of investors who have supported the company surely cannot get lower than this, namely outright treachery. I could have swallowed liquidation but not this bitter pill.
