This proposal is truely a disgrace. In order to appease shareholders they leave us a whopping 2%! What a joke. So much for all the other options that were presented and frankly I thought that some version would be accepted. Is any legal action possible or is any being considered against the administrators by shareholders ? (Especially the institutional shareholders or has some back-room deal been done with them?)
