A lot worse than dilution by the original restructure which involved issuing the bond holders shares and a capital raise for $75M. What a deal this is! If bondholders are to be given 98% of shareholders shares, does this mean they take ownership of all of PDN's assets eg LHM, 80% of SMM (market cap $44M), Kayelekera, all Australian prospects and what is left of Michelin. Which side is Woods on?
