Haha, if it’s hijacked by protesters, presumably they would probably be angry shareholders who are unhappy with the consolidation. That scenario seems very unlikely.
Perhaps there was a power struggle amongst shareholders? Disagreement amongst board members? Maybe the vote was inconclusive? Hmm... Who knows a lunch for some backdoor discussions may fix that
