Def a power struggle, 150:1 is not normal and a very good way to flush out any stale top 20 shareholders who don't want the shell to progress from here...I guess the good thing is that we will have a base bottom with only small sellers.
Take a look at RCP which did the same thing, few early small sellers that were soaked up and now heading back towards the 10c price.
