I dont think there was any misreporting
I came to the conclusion that this wasnt investable by reading the same publicly anmounced reports as others.
The difference is that ppl like oxxa etc just swalloed whatevers was served ny Todd Zani verbally..well, that and the fact that debt was used before any meaningful cash flow could be produced..
