How many failed attempts does this board need to finally realise value for shareholders.
AMU has ~$12m in the bank and an undrawn $40m line of credit which is equal to 22 cps available to use to grow the company.
Why the need to have massive dilution and end up with 32%?
Something does not pass muster here.
Get people on the board who understand how to run an oil and gas company. Just needs a focus on adding reserves not questionable ones either.Company does not need Lonestar deal to grow. Needs a competant oil and gas board.
