There is zero interest/coupon.

5% early repayment for less than 180 days (this would be ideal result).

10% early repayment if over 180 days but before 12 months.

0% if converted to shares (at either 10% VWAP discount or 1.8c share). I am guessing its the lower of the two but needs confirmation from company as this is a very important distinction. If its the higher of the two, this deal isnt THAT bad. If its the lower, it really sucks.
