This I do agree with, and chart-wise VEC likes to bounce back and high (past performance is not a future indicator). I disagree that it's just retail sellers (though probably is to a fair degree at this point), and is probably more to do with millions of shares going to people who were never interested in holding, or possibly even an ex-boardie with no more horses in the game.

My guess is the selling will stop when the newly minted cash out, then we'll have dilution set in. ~1.8c bounce is my prediction (when the CR guys might be tempted to cash out). All IMO and effectively pulled from my rear, so DYOR.

I do think it's temporary but I'm not very hopeful a chronic deadline-misser will hit their 90-day deadline.
