    I would assume they have definitely been issued (mentioned as a holder in the recent preso)

    They definitely didn't pay up for them though as they are commitment shares.

    The fact they didnt split the vi) share issue into more detail means to me they are trying to hide something... $1.6 mil in services and advisers... lol.
