Hi rastes, the GM was on 28-Feb-2018 No approval was given by holders for any Magna shares or notes. There is no mention of any issue to Magna in the last 3B not even their commitment shares. (I have not added up the total shares issued) Remember VEC thought it had a loan from FT General.
The acquisition was announced as complete on 07-Mar-2017
