Wow, market dropping again, suggest to me the turmoil confined to US / China relations with a mix of Brexit. The U spot holding firm, looking at a breakout before New Year, certainly be fantastic to hit the big ‘30’! Uranium miners hit hard once again, Pen held up well considering the U sector rout. Pen market cap based on sentiment within the markets, fear drives the retail holders to sell out, there the ones that drive the sp higher or lower in times of volatility. What WH doing with regards to low PH FLT has no relevance on the old method of chemistry that was in the initial DFS. Lowering the PH achieves upwards of 90% U retrieval success rates, this has an enormous impact on lowering the bottom line. The geology over Lance fields has very similar correlation, so  trials proven are positive in 1 then 2 adds the credibility to the market makers, the water the real concern, but I’m sure WH will achieve success to on that front.
