Sorry to to say bunny, but you do not understand the basics. It is incumbent upon all project developers to be diligent when minimising risk. A comprehensive FLT is obligatory - it's not a nice to have and certainly not to be bypassed to "proceed faster to wholesome production at Lance". That's absurd. They tried this once and you lot sit with the result. The pudding you speak of is the field leach trial. In that regard, PEN has proven nothing.
