15c may be expensive tutes, but you know what they say about picking bottoms. Many more months to go before potential good news from PEN. In the meantime and because I don't think PEN is affected by the macro U fundamentals (need to get technical issues sorted out first) I see further slippage. Dare I suggest 10c? Nah, surely not.
Forget the bulls, they are in way too deep to make any reasonable contribution. Attack is the best form of defense don't you know?
