Seems like a very good announcement but the market just does not believe it or the lucky clients of the cap raise just took the money!!!
I don't understand why you would raise so cheaply then make this announcement. $500,000 of placement turns into $1,000,000 in days essentially. Everyone's taking the cash. Exactly like the prior capital raising.
I would have make the the announcement first then raise at a higher prices. That's how I would try to generate wealth of my existing shareholders. Ohh well what can you do. Everything above board just all different.
