Hi Nod,
Fair point in regards to the samples, but isnt that what they are supposed to be doing? Going out there and trying to find the most highly prospective areas? I'f they have taken it from a nice sweet spot, well I'm glad they found it and so close to surface.
I will need to clarify with the company, my thoughts were it would be 50,000t going through the mill, but you might be right?
I'm not sure about your 50/50 split.
I thought it would be scaled. 50/50 for say the first xxx amount of ounces with the profit split scaling down if the ounces increase. Seems more likely to me anyway.
Jeff has done an exceptional job of minimizing dilution and running this thing on an oily rag for a few years, not to mention he threw his own hard earned in through early exercise of options. I cant see him giving too much away, but we will have to wait and see.
I actually agree, it is a high risk entry, and it will stay that way no matter the price until Ema and or Tres are proven with the upcoming drilling program.
"Remember, they have cherry picked the surface samples from a 110 x 200 surface area. This will reflect the grade being higher than normal. This is not indicative of 'real' grades that will come from selective mining of a 'potential' ore body. There may or may not be a requirement to blast the material too which will further dilute and result in grade loss."
I think a lot of people here have trouble believing what is actually occurring. Yes the grades are huge, unbelievable almost. So lets go back to the announcement provided by the company on 21st September 2016.
"Following pre-treatment, 51.59 g/t Au was obtained by fire assay over the bottom 49.44m interval"
"All quoted grades for oxi8B are as received from the Intertek laboratory, without correction for the dilution effect of approximately 22% resulting from the addition of reagents in the pre-treatment step. True grades of the original samples are therefore approximately 22% higher than those quoted in this announcement."
To say what they have reported so far may not represent true grades is just your opinion at present. I believe they are achievable when you compare them to what has already been produced at Juma East.
This stock is as"The Australian" reported in an online editorial back in early 2016 "A rocket stock for the brave"
Thanks and please continue to post any thoughts or worries you have.
