Remember, they have cherry picked the surface samples from a 110 x 200 surface area. This will reflect the grade being higher than normal. This is not indicative of 'real' grades that will come from selective mining of a 'potential' ore body. There may or may not be a requirement to blast the material too which will further dilute and result in grade loss.
Mining license for 50,000t does not mean 50,000t of guaranteed mineralised rock from each lease. E.G They might have to mine 15,000t of waste therefore 35,000t or mineralised material. Given they haven't delineated an ore body yet via drilling, there will be a bit of hit and miss process involved.
They also need to find a pilot plant scale hydromet so not sure what they will do there, will have to wait and see I guess. Obviously they want to outlay for their own.
Not sure you'll get a 50/50 rev share... hope you do but highly unlikely imo, maybe a 50/50 of profit after costs, if there is any. Yes I agree, a rev share it's a better option.... I'm just saying I wouldn't get too excited about the money it 'may' bring in... unlikely to be company changing imo unless there truly is consistent world beating grades there.
Mining and such a big met program before drilling is a little concerning imo, large expenses for a lot of unknowns... or is it really 'unknown' - maybe they do know and haven't spelt it out just yet... who knows. Drilling will be interesting and I'll be watching closely.
At $100M mc, I can't help but think much of it has already been factored in already. Yet if it disappoints, it's a long way down.... High risk entry here for me at this stage - and I don't expect we will agree on that, we all have different strategies and that's fine.
I wish you all the best though, if the dot lining rings true - you have a right to be excited about and have no doubt already made a motza.
Cheers
