Well, they did a cap raise, which many holders thought not to be a part of because apparent ‘bad performance’. Other investors took as their chance to get in on a good deal. This is some what of a reassurance we are on a good thing. On the surface it may sound bad, but its actually a good thing. Someone is backing us from a position where they arent normally allowed to lose money. Also there are a few contracts to be met by the end of the quarter, being issued this late one might think that these announcemnets might be about to come out. After all, if its a soph, they would be pressing hard for the right answer before they bought.
