not sure if you are an SI - but what sort of discount would you be expecting?
The way I see it, minimized dilution and funded exploration. Other than SI's not getting too looked after as far as the issue price, I cant see how is it not a great result for the wider shareholders and the company. A lower issue price would have diluted the sharebase more than necessary and wouldn't have been in the best interests of share holders. When transitioning from explorer to producer, one would think minimising dilution would be important.
