I consider this is a matter of deciding between cause and effect.
1. Is the 'cause' buying into the company and the 249D an 'effect' of that, simply because they can.
2. Is the 'cause' removal of chairman and director's with the 'effect ' being a forced entry into the company.
The latter makes no sense to me. No, something is brewing that is going to cause some sort of jump in M/C. From their descriptions don't like the buyers at all, but am prepared to hang on a bit and see if I can squeeze a couple or more extra pips out of this unfortunate disaster. No way will I be backing a longer term approach with the entry of this outwardly unsavoury mob and their TC connections.
