oh well that’s a good reason then.. I am surprised actually as my business was almost entirely with the public service in Canberra. They were slow, but by the end everything wa being done by scans and emails - even contracts. I think the only exception was supporting documents for security clearances but they had to be hand delivered not faxed. Sounds like they have a procedure they can’t be bothered updating.
