they had a reconsolidation at end of 2010, i only found out about such occuring after id bought long after infact ,as the" advisor" didnt think i should know such,it was two for one and as is almost always the case after reconsolidations the price of one new share was way below what two had been worth before reconsolidation ,infact has there ever even been a case where the reconsolidated stock is worth as much as before such?
