Sin Tang played hard ball with Sphere/Xstrata takeover. Sin Tang doesn't like current board, so I don't know what they will do with their shares & possible their friends' shares. Sin Tang suprised market several times eg selling down, remove board, sphere case, etc.

Wait & see. I would 'buy' extremely lightly.
