there is nothing loose to accummulate for a penny stock that is operating in the cobalt/nickel space it has no depth which is very interesting. there obviously is some downside in that a big dump could cause this to tank, but there seems to be a some attempts to generate some activity that is failing as there are no eyes on this stock, which tells me that someone wants more but doesn't want to re-rate it in doing so. IMO this is when you stock away as much as you can and hope the results of drills come back with the same as the rock chips.... even half the grades will see this at 75Million MC.
