No point putting up the no smoking and no pets signs if you are going to lease your rental to a chain smoking dog breeder because you end up pretty much back at square 1. MBK has gone forward but not reflected in the price until today but guaranteed it will be the same groundhog day and price cycle with it. Like all 10 baggers you need a good tail wind. Better chances with earnings based small caps if that's what your chasing.
