In my view, securing $750K funding is self serving. It would not be enough for any future drilling venture. However, AQD directors would continued to be paid.
More so, look at the history, AQD received 650k in June 2014 Q that is all gone in paying Director's five figure salary.
In the end, AQD would issue shares to keep it above water.
