@lockit I guess you are right to an extent; it does kick the can down the road for 18 months, but the alternative would be an immediately dillutative CR at what? .005 ?
If they find something, then the SP goes up, and everyone's a winner. If they don't find anything, then the significant investor converts into a losing share at a low price.
I'd guess that the investor, being an experienced geologist would not invest his $750k unless he thought a good chance of finding some stuff.
