If the loan is converted to shares then just what will that be if not dilution?
"The conversion price has been set at the lower of 2 cents per share or the 5-day Value Weighted Average Price (VWAP) immediately prior to the conversion;"
That means that if the price is lower than 2 cents then it will be unlikely that anything has been found. Even at 2c it will mean 375 million shares. Now that is dilution.
If it is less than 2c then it could feasibly be 1 Billion shares issued.
