You need to check your reading ability.

What I said was 375million shares at 2c if the conversion price is 2c.

But, if they are converted at less, because the company has not found anything, then the price could be virtually anywhere lower like say .005c and that would mean maybe 1 billion shares.

Anyway, I have been a top twenty holder for years but I dumped the lot today in one go. Except for a few options, I am out.
