Three revenue streams - Consultancy, Infoscope, 3rd Party software.
Current revenue split 80:20 Consultancy:Infoscope/3rd Party.
"Would like to see that growing" over next 2-3-4 years to a 50:50 split.
Basically headlining significant growth in the software side of the business, especially Infoscope via the SAP/ESRI Partnership Programs.
Bit of chatter on SM about a CR. With 'only' $700k in the kitty, could well be on the cards. Likely only be the same as the last one in January - 5 million or so shares to SIs @ 10% discount to close, 15-16% discount to 5 day VWAP, to raise $1.5 mllion or so. Nothing for retail, no significant dilution.
With so many bids currently 'live' across all products, it's unlikely they would need any more to tide them over to CFP.
Unless, of course, there was an M&A opportunity, as hinted at by Brian in the TMT interview - "In addition, we are always interested to see if there are any M&A opportunities going forward...."
