They are slowly becoming another Click Energy because they can't grow their strata business fast enough.

Focusing on the 21,000 customer number is meaningless because a big portion of them and future customer numbers are your residential clients which IMO are of lower quality than their strata clients.

What is the retention rate of these clients? I'm sure their 7-year tenure will be reduced if we factor in residential. Plus, even if they manage to capture a large portion of these residential clients, regulation and competition will just push margins down sooner or later. The consumer controls the market here.
