This is a good deal for us shareholders and seriously helps derisk the project, but the major value is the signaling. This deal was almost certainly not done on the back of G1A going out looking for funds, but from Kingfisher approaching G1A to get on the register. Kingefisher didn't do this deal because they think the SP is overvalued at 40c.
