You have stated ‘No one in their right minds would touch this Board because you will be choosing between having its butt sued for poor decision, or becoming insolvent’ and you are also complaining that Claude will be getting paid 50K Board fee or equivalent shares.’
No one is that stupid to risk himself to be sued only for $50K or $50K worth of shares. I think it’s a great if the third largest sharesholder is in the Board to protect his investment and make decisions in the best interest of shareholders.
Also please advise how do you know his wife is getting paid $300K a year?
