Ex that's exactly how these BS rewards work. If they were all so confident in their team and plan, then they wouldn't have to ask for rewards would they.
The whole ASX remuneration system is a joke and many of them play the life style company game and constantly under perform imo.
Maybe Boards should be paid way less then currently get then structure their total remuneration with rewards like this but to get paid 1/2 mil plus huge rewards no way while this company under performs.
