My take still remains unchanged. Perform then they get rewarded. The timing is way out of touch of our reality and company performance. Of course they were always going to amend it, some think the Chair recommends all this without MD input, lol. Obviously both the chair and MD saw that holders were unhappy about the excessive remuneration whilst failing to grow holders investments. In fact performed poorly with respect to growth and minimal action.

Anyone can announce drilling a well and the SP goes back over 3.0c all so easy and we still need to reward outside of remuneration. No way!!! Then we wait until 2020 again another year of no activity. Sorry 88 big NO from us. My advice keep hands out of the cookie jar until you drill some bloody holes and find success. Isn't that their jobs. Most company's in the workforce do not pay bonuses when KPI's not met and we certainly haven't met any in 2 yrs.

I would be happy to see another amendment cancel GM and re think and put up at AGM. If GM remains then no rewards until we increase shareholder value and maintain growth along with an aggressive drilling plan. Way too many boxes unticked on our very simple plan and way too many but if's like farmin's, funding, confirmation of wells etc. etc.
