PLC Financial Solutions Ltd (ASXLC) shares have traded up as high as 56.25% today or 0.9 cents higher to 2.5 cents.
Yesterday PLC disclosed that it has been given six months to demonstrate that it is compliant with ASX Listing Rule 12.1.
Listing Rule 12.1 requires that a company’s operations must be sufficient to warrant the continued quotation of its shares.


Name change from Global Gold Holdings in 2018
At the beginning of 2018, PLC changed its name from Global Gold Holdings Ltd.
Global Gold Holdings originally listed on the ASX in November 2007 and established gold trading activities, investments in gold equities and strategic investments in gold-related entities.
Its primary objective was developing its gold trading businesses in Malaysia and pursuing other investment opportunities in gold and related industries.
The last update the rebranded PLC gave was 19 March 2018 advising that the board continues to review the Malaysian consumer finance business.
PLC also outlined that it was continuing to explore options within financial services that included fintech and blockchain services.
