#1 Issue - no way to verify production ... no production records filed for Magellan after Feb. No production filings for acquired IOG assets after Mar (i.e. after IOG stopped filing by the looks of it).
#2 Issue - AKK reported completing "sales and haulage agreement with Suncor Energy" for delivery to refinery in Commerce City.
So the start point is what is Suncor paying for oil delivered to its refinery in Commerce City? Typical truck route I think would be taken is about 150 miles. If you used Friday's Colorado-DJ Basin price its $46.75. At what point in the month is a cargo sold (what spot price). What's the best guess for transport and marketing charges?
Shareholders need to know the actual wellhead price they receive and how many (net to their share of production) barrels get sold.
And when it is averaged over the Qtr ... who knows.
