Steve was clear with me that the board has heard the message over the franking credits and the divy. For this reason they are clear that they will not making any decisions that risk this money. Steve said technically he could ramp up mining at Nugent by the time mining in the pit stopped if he was given the go ahead now - but permission has not been granted yet.
