processing plant has a value of $147m in the pro forma balance sheet. 15.5c is just a book value is it not? the DCF assumes only $24m for sale of the plant in 2020 (a fraction of the carrying value). The 144m present value from page 53 is 25c / share full diluted. That's what we're here to collect right?
