There are many statements made by management that may prove be misleading in the future.

If these guys go into administration, they may find these statements may be deemed to be misleading, allowing legal action against those responsible for the news released to the market, such as cash flow positive, gusher, wait until we see the quarterly etc etc.

Those who invested after these statements may find an avenue for legal action.

For me I am not concerned, but those who should already know what may transpire.
