these "cash strapped companies" could be operated from a "home office" . that would be possible, if the head honcho was a geologist. years ago, watso worked in the bush, and chanced upon joshua pitt, and his offsider. josh pitt, raised money from shareholders, but josh pitt, was using the money, to pay for his costs, as he lived in the bush - but he lived "rough". watso forgets the fieldies name - but he made a fortune

the head honchos at gda, collect director fees (which are probably a sideline, to their main business) . the head honcho at gda, needs to employ geologists - and everyone needs money. if the head honcho at gda, was geologist, then there would be one less layer of costs.
