Time to see if BMG will be KIA.
CAP is sitting on Hawsons, worth $3 billion plus, with the economics of the project continually improving and other projects on the go to boot.
IMO, the next few weeks will be defining for CAP. I am heavily invested in CAP and how the next few weeks play out will affect my decision to hold or reduce my exposure. At the moment, CAP is a long term hold for me.
I have faith in CAP management and if BMG is wound up (which I think it will be), I look forward to seeing what "Plan B" is and how it will be implemented.
The previous judge acknowledged that the reason ASI invested in BMG was Hawsons...... I just can't see them walking away. I can see ASI dealing directly with CAP and taking over the J/V.
No matters what happens, the biggest positive for CAP will be the end of the uncertainty regarding BMG's involvement in Hawsons.
