    I think they are all just acting.
    Staff of nine not able to find any worthwhile project for 2 1/2 years.
    Paying high interest for a loan from their largest shareholder they don't need, yet get low interest on their own money.
    No incentive for Hanlong to do anything other than what they are doing, which is erode the cash away.
