understand all that but no aquisition cost , this is a land bank very smart , no exploration spend news 100k a year to hold tennament is not dillutive , tin goes up or another player knocks on door u can play ball . Kempfeild is there flagship , This is good ground very supportive to mining, they want mines in that area no other real jobs , anyone thats been there knows its a good area
