The new leases will unlikely ever be developed by ARD, However there is other producers in the area that would purchase the asset if they hit a mother load... that sale could go towards funding our Kempfield development.
From what I understand we have a massive drilling campaign about to fall on Kempfield, the aim is to infill and build on the current resource. If we get our 2-3 times upgrade... the sp will get a solid lift and we can raise at a much better price
