I think that target $1.5-$1.7m already included Statseeker's acquisition.

The fundamental change is that TCN will generate net positive cashflow going forward i think.

It put its focus to its core business and organic growth as well as cost control.

Don't know if it can cross-selling to its clients or not ? That is outside my expertise. But if it can, then plenty of upsize i think.

Low interest really change the valuation of companies with good cashflow and margin now.

Also directors bought on-market, that is only positive for this company.
