1: Then ask yourself why there has been a change to the "option" agreement?
Could it be that the governing bodies that have to approve the transaction deemed the first "agreement" too generous to the incoming directors?
2: So by handing the proposed directors $525,000 each equivalent in performance shares is aligning with shareholders?
3: Have a real good look at the "proposed deal" and then decide who is the one/s benefiting.
