Actually their business model will make them a buck.
Rent out office space, provide administration services (although it appears that may need some attention as Wangle finished up in Court and suspended for two months ) charge for consultation, take up Directorships where possible, get your own people within the organisation etc. etc
I did not envisage this type of company arrangement for Wangle. That is my problem for not doing enough research.
It seems now that the company will become just another micro cap, in a stable with a host of other hopefuls. Billions of shares on offer, enough cash to pay the fees, salaries and consultants and no revenue of consequence. If the share registry gets a few more billions shares offered with the Frugl deal - the company can then choose to survive until such time as their appears a glimmer of hope, consolidate the share registry and then do a special fund raising to sophisticated investors.
All totally legit and legal.
Management, staff, directors, consultants all get their loot on the way through - retail shareholders either stick around for the next recycling or call it quits and heed the lesson.
Its a tough gig being on the outer circle.
