re: Ann: TXN: Acquisition Scheme Booklet and ... As a soon to be SEA holder presumably I have been getting up to speed with SEA in a little more detail.
According to the report they are valuing SEA assets at around 155 million then add in the cash of 160 million and it would seem Mr Market is a bit shy on the valuation front.
The debt facility to unlock the EFS value from TXN's acreages is worth a mention as well. Will be holding SEA for a while methinks!
