Have talked to other PBG shareholder who bought at $2.60 years ago and has held through thick and thin. There were some bad days past.
Interesting to note us company taking over PBG has raised $500 m US bond in Europe and is also buying a European company as well.
They could pay more the premium is not great but the CEO will make $ 10m from deal so deal is done.
